Ideal for schools, hotels, hospitals and restaurants, the Sammic features a powerful 3 phase 550W motor which can process huge quantities of ingredients and delivers consistent results to minimise waste. This CA-41 is supplied with disc kit 2, which comprises of 4mm julienne and shredding discs, a 3mm curved slicing disc, 10mm chipping and dicing grids and a 10mm slicing disc, allowing maximum versatility and utility.
