Doubled insulation around the unit enables a more energy efficient operation that reduces running costs. Though supplied with two shelves as standard, this model comes gastronorm compatible to allow you to prepare dishes and directly insert them for cooking, lowering the amount of washing and preventing any damages to the foods presentation as it is transported between dishes.
