The Foster Refrigeration model BCCFRI1 is a high quality, easy to use commercial roll-in blast chiller. Able to accommodate full size (1/1) gastronorm trolleys and with a 75kg chilling capacity, the BCCF RI 1 would be ideal for catering establishments requiring large scale, reliable blast chilling. Powerful and heavy duty, the chiller can take food at +70C to +3C in under 90 minutes. Featuring easy to use Surf navigation touch controls and high quality stainless steel construction, the chiller is easy to use and clean. As the machine is roll-in, there’s no need to transfer foods or de-tray – simple wheel the trolley directly into the chiller. The BCCFRI1 also features freezer functionality and can freeze up to 15kg safely.

Please note: remote condensing unit is not included. For a complete installation, the installer will need to specify suitable pipe work running to remote condensing unit. Also requires connection to an external drain.
