Ideal for when you’re cooking multiple pots and pans at once, the natural gas Falcon F900 G9081 Solid Top Boiling Top features a heavy duty cast iron cooking plate which can withstand the everyday punishment that can be expected in the busy professional kitchen. Providing temperatures of up to 450__C at the centre of the bullseye, graduating to cooler zones towards the edges, you can quickly move pans between zones to cook to precision. Control is via the simple yet accurate front mounted dial thermostat, whilst cleaning is also easy thanks to high grade stainless steel construction.
