This induction range features 4 x 5kW heat zones, 6mm toughened glass hob, precise and instantly controllable temperature control and extremely low heat emissions. 2/1 gastronorm compatible fan-assisted convection oven. Inbuilt pan detection means that no pan – no wasted energy. The large 2/1 gastronorm compatible oven features five shelf positions, with two shelves supplied as standard, and metal to metal door seal, to ensure heat is retained exactly where it is needed – in the oven chamber.  This unit is supplied on adjustable castors.
