Description

Part of the commercial Dominator Plus range, the Falcon E3901i induction boiling top has been specifically designed to provide powerful, instant heat whilst still being incredibly efficient and reliable. With two separate 3.5kW heat zones over its 6mm toughened glass hob, the boiling top is very easy to clean and can simply be wiped down at the end of service. The hob automatically cuts power when pans are removed to reduce operating costs and to help contribute to a cooler kitchen. Supplied with sturdy legs as standard.
