Designed to be easy to use and clean, the fryer features a sturdy stainless steel construction, rear castors and a large diameter drain valve and slide mounted drain bucket for convenience. Supplied with both a lid and fish grid as standard, the G402F includes almost everything you require for your commercial deep frying needs. The programmable front control panel is easy to use, which adds convenience and simplicity so training and waste costs are reduced.
