With its 10mm thick ribbed mild steel plate and powerful 3kW element, the griddle powers up quickly and distributes heat evenly throughout the cooking surface – essential for consistent results every time. The ribbed plate is ideal for cooking food with attractive branding lines, as well as channelling fat away into the large capacity fat collection drawer.

Strong stainless steel construction and fully welded plates ensure the Buffalo griddle is both reliable and easy to clean. The griddle also features splash guards to the side and rear of the cooking plate, helping to keep nearby surfaces mess-free too.
